Gary Sheffield

In 2008, The Bright Idea Design Studios was responsible for designing and developing baseball cleats and training shoes for Gary Sheffield. During the 2008 MLB season (while playing for the Detroit Tigers) as Gary chased 500 career homeruns, he wore our cleats while creating memorable moments in them. He finished the season with 499 homeruns only to hit 500 the following season as a member of the New York Mets wearing the same cleats.
